The Supreme Court on Monday turned away Boeing’s attempt to stave off a lawsuit over its 737 Max aircraft brought by the Southwest Airlines pilot union. In a brief order without any noted dissents, the justices left in place a Texas state court ruling that allows the case to move forward toward trial.
