Air Force One jets are set to receive a new color scheme of red, white and blue in keeping with US President Donald Trump's vision for the aircraft, US media have reported. Previously, the aircraft have been adorned with a blue and white design that dates back to the 1960s as President John F. Kennedy was in office. Trump already wanted the refurbishment carried out during his first term in office from 2017 to 2021, but the order was canceled by the Air Force under the administration of Joe Biden for reason of cost and technical concerns regarding the heating effect of darker colors. Air Force One is the name given to any of the aircraft used to transport the president of the US, which are usually heavily modified Boeing 747s. What do we know about the new Air Force One design?
